Tenant Charges

No Tenant Fees: Tenants are not charged any general fees, in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019
Permitted Charges
Under the provisions of the act, certain charges are allowed:
Change of Tenancy (e.g., Change of Name)
£50 administrative charge
Holding Deposit
Equivalent to one week's rent, payable to secure the property
Security Deposit
Equivalent to five weeks' rent, held to cover any damages or breaches of the tenancy agreement.
